Additional Passport Pages

If your passport’s visa pages are becoming full, but your passport is still valid and in good condition, you may apply for additional visa pages to be added to your passport. You may add one or two 24-page inserts to the original book when you apply. Adding a third insert at a later date is possible if it will not compromise the integrity of the passport binding. It is possible to request additional pages to a brand new passport if you know you will travel frequently. However, extra visa pages cannot be added to a limited-validity emergency passport.

Steps for Applying for Additional Visa Pages in your Passport:

  1. Set up an appointment with the Embassy on-line.
  2. Complete the application form for additional pages using our on-line passport wizard. Bring the printed form to your appointment.
  3. In addition to the aplication form, bring:
  • Your current passport.
  • Required fee of $82.00, payable by cash (U.S. dollar, or Kwacha equivalent, but no mixing of currencies) or credit card. If you request two inserts, there is still only charge of $82.00.

Processing time is less than 30 minutes.
