The US Embassy in Lusaka provides services to American citizens needing a new passport, a renewal of a current or recently expired passport, pages added to an existing passport, name changes in a passport, or a replacement of a lost or stolen passport.
Please set up an appointment online, download the appropriate forms, fill them out as best you can and bring them with you to your appointment. Also, take some time to read our Tips for a smooth consular visit.
