How to Reprint Your Appointment Confirmation Letter

If you forgot to print out the appointment confirmation letter for your visa interview or if you have lost or misplaced it, please follow the steps below to reprint your appointment confirmation:

  1. You should access your online appointment system here
  2. Click “Schedule Appointment”
  3. Enter the barcode number of your DS-160 and click “submit” button
  4. Choose any available appointment slot in the system (Please note that this will not create a new appointment for you but will just help you get a confirmation of your current appointment)
  5. Enter information in “Appointment Details” such as your surname, given name, passport number, e‐mail address and telephone number (Please note that your surname and given name must be entered exactly as they appear in your DS-160; otherwise, the system will give you the new appointment that you chose in step 4).
  6. Click “Submit” button
  7. You will see a message similar to the one on this page, confirming that you already have an online appointment in our system. This page will be considered as your appointment confirmation letter for your visa interview. Please print this page and bring it with you to the visa interview.
