STEP 2: Schedule an appointment for your visa interview

After printing the form DS-156, and checking the barcode, please Click here to schedule your appointment at a convenient time for you. You may schedule your appointment up to 3 months in advance. Choose Zambia from the “Select Country” drop down box. Choose Lusaka from the “Select A City” drop down box and click “Submit.” Click on the “Schedule Appointment” button. Enter the barcode number from your printed form DS-156. Please print the appointment letter to present at the embassy confirming your appointment.
To cancel or reschedule an interview, please return to the website http://evisaforms.state.gov/SchedulingSystem.asp. Choose Zambia from the “Select Country” drop down box. Choose Lusaka from the “Select A City” drop down box and click “Submit.” Click on the “Change/Cancel Appointment” button. Enter your appointment details from your appointment letter. Click “Submit.” Follow the instructions carefully.
