Tax Assistance
The IRS office servicing the residents of Zambia is located at the American Embassy in London. The IRS office in London will accept tax returns, tax payments, W-7 applications, and taxpayer correspondence. The mailing address is:

The telephone system provides some information through an automated attendant. Callers can choose to leave specific form or publication orders, obtain information on general filing requirements, obtain information regarding extensions of time to file and general office information.
