Preliminary application forms for the Fulbright Junior Staff Development Fellow can be obtained from the link provided here. Hubert Humphrey Fellowship application forms and Fulbright African Senior Research Scholar application forms are available from the Cultural Affairs Assistant at the American Center, you can come in person with a diskette or request for the application forms by email at paslusaka@state.gov. These forms are in .pdf format and require Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have Acrobat on your computer, it is a free download. |
